In this workshop series, we explore novel zero-cost solutions to break down company bottlenecks. Drawing on principles of Lean Manufacturing, we go beyond the common refrain of “we need to hire more engineers/project managers/estimators.” Hiring isn’t always possible and often won’t fix the underlying problem.
Instead, we work with your team to identify the specific patterns of work causing your bottlenecks and collaboratively develop solutions specific to your company.
