The project simulation workshops put project managers at the helm of challenging projects, where judgment can mean the difference between failure and success. We’ve taken case studies of real solar projects that our team has managed in the past, and turned them into a business simulation game that transmits lessons learned that would have taken months or years in the real world.
In these simulations, each learner will apply their knowledge, exercise skills, and make judgment calls. Then they’ll see the result - what they noticed, what they missed, and what would have happened due to their decisions. Projects that might take years can be simulated in an afternoon, so that project managers can make mistakes in a low-stakes environment before they are in a position where their errors might cost your company hundreds of thousands of dollars.
